I’ve spent over 20 years in the luxurious world of high-end hotels, representing iconic properties like The Plaza Hotel in New York, Burj Al Arab in Dubai, and Capri Palace in Capri, to name just a few. As a hotelier at heart, I’ve honed an exceptional sense of customer service and a knack for going above and beyond for my clients. My brand’s mission? To turn dream travel experiences into reality!
Having globe-trotted extensively, I proudly consider myself a global citizen, always on the lookout for genuine connections between people and cultures.
A New Yorker for over 40 years, I hold a degree in History and Political Science from the City University of New York – Hunter College. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, I began my journey as a NYC-licensed tour guide during college. This gig not only supported my studies but also cemented my bond with the city, enriching my role as the Head of Mundo Matter. I’m a biking enthusiast and an aviation aficionado, often steering travel chats towards lively discussions about Airbus, Boeing, or Embraer.
